For the longest time, I was convinced that Orange County was the land of Starbucks – not that there is anything wrong with Starbucks, but we lacked local roasters with baristas who loved their craft.

And then what seems like overnight, the love for the coffee bean manifested itself in the form of so many delicious, cute, wonderful coffeeshops all over OC.
